Xi should use his sway over Putin to push him to the negotiating table with Ukraine

Dear Friends,

Please find attached an op-ed written by Stuart Macintosh and myself which defines the realities of the unequal relationship that exists today between  Xi’s China and Putin’s Russia. 

Russia is rapidly becoming a vassal state of China.
