How China can learn from the mistakes in US banking culture and oversight

Dear Friends:

Please find attached an op-ed published in the South China Morning Post, Asia’s largest English language newspaper which I wrote with Stuart Macintosh pointing out lessons to be learned for the Chinese banking system, particularly its smaller regional banks from the example of the recent failure of Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) and Signature Bank in the U.S. and its fallout domestically on the US banking system and internationally.
