On October 10, 2019, I had the privilege to host fellows from the Foreign Policy Association (FPA) for a private viewing of my late 19th century-early 20th century art collection. We had the honor to have present with us Dianne Modestini, who is an internationally renowned conservator (known more recently for the incredible restoration of DaVinci’s Salvador Mundi); Dianne has been working on restoring one of my art pieces (a portrait of Christopher Columbus) attributed to the early 16th century venetian portrait painter Lotto.

Noel Lateef (President of the FPA) introduced me to the assembled group and briefly commented on my book,  “Banker to the World”.

I want to thank all of those that attended the evening and look forward to seeing everyone again in the next FPA event.

Regards,

Bill
